PeakBot Partnership Agreement
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
About This Partnership: TradeWithMaya partners with PeakBot to enable automated trade execution. PeakBot is an independent third-party technology platform, not owned or controlled by TradeWithMaya.
This document explains how the partnership works, the three-party structure, and your responsibilities when using automated trading.
Partnership Overview
TradeWithMaya partners with PeakBot, an independent third-party technology platform, to enable automated trade execution for subscribers who choose to use this feature.
PeakBot is a separate legal entity that is not owned, operated, or controlled by TradeWithMaya. This partnership allows us to focus on signal generation while PeakBot handles the technical infrastructure for submitting orders to your connected brokerage.
How It Works: The Three-Party Structure
The automated trading service operates through a three-party structure that keeps each entity's responsibilities clear:
TradeWithMaya → PeakBot → Your Broker
Signal Provider • Order Placement • Trade Execution
1. TradeWithMaya Sends Signals
TradeWithMaya generates and transmits general trading signals to PeakBot's technology platform:
- We send the same signals to all subscribers (not personalized to individuals)
- Signals are based on our proprietary algorithmic system
- Signals are transmitted to PeakBot for the purpose of automated order submission to your connected brokerage
- We do not execute trades or have access to your brokerage account
2. You Authorize PeakBot
You grant discretionary trading authority to PeakBot (an independent platform), not to TradeWithMaya:
- You create an account with PeakBot independently
- You connect your brokerage account to PeakBot's platform
- You authorize PeakBot to submit opening and closing orders to your brokerage on your behalf
- You control whether automated execution is enabled or disabled
- You can disconnect PeakBot from your account at any time
3. PeakBot Submits Orders to Your Brokerage
PeakBot's platform receives signals and, when you have authorized it to do so, submits opening and closing orders directly to your connected brokerage account:
- PeakBot submits opening and closing trade orders to your connected brokerage on your behalf
- Your brokerage receives, routes, and executes those orders — PeakBot does not execute trades itself
- PeakBot does not hold, custody, or manage your funds or positions
- You remain responsible for your brokerage account and all activity within it
What TradeWithMaya Does NOT Do
It's important to understand what TradeWithMaya does not do in this partnership:
- We do NOT execute trades in your brokerage account
- We do NOT have access to your brokerage account
- We do NOT hold discretionary trading authority over your account
- We do NOT direct your broker to execute trades
- We do NOT manage your account balance, positions, or portfolio
- We do NOT have any control over PeakBot's platform or execution systems
- We do NOT receive or store your brokerage credentials
Separate Terms and Agreements
Your use of PeakBot's platform is governed by PeakBot's separate Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. You must independently review and agree to PeakBot's terms before using their platform.
PeakBot's Legal Documents:
• PeakBot Terms of Use
• PeakBot Disclaimer
• PeakBot Privacy Policy
You should review these documents carefully before connecting your brokerage account to PeakBot.
PeakBot Fees
PeakBot is a separate subscription. You sign up and pay for PeakBot directly on PeakBot's website (maya.peakbot.com). PeakBot fees are billed independently by PeakBot and are separate from your TradeWithMaya subscription.
Your TradeWithMaya subscription and your PeakBot subscription are two distinct services with separate billing. Cancelling one does not cancel the other. Please review PeakBot's own terms and pricing on their platform.
Broker Fees
In addition to your TradeWithMaya subscription, your brokerage firm charges separate fees including:
- Commissions per trade (if applicable)
- Regulatory fees
- Options contract fees
- Assignment and exercise fees
- Margin interest (if trading on margin)
These fees are paid directly to your broker and can significantly impact your overall profitability.
TradeWithMaya's Limited Responsibility
Because PeakBot is an independent third-party platform, TradeWithMaya is not responsible for:
- PeakBot's platform functionality, uptime, or technical issues
- Trade execution quality, timing, fills, or slippage
- PeakBot's data security, privacy practices, or data breaches
- PeakBot's customer service, support, or dispute resolution
- Any disputes between you and PeakBot
- Any disputes between you and your broker
- Losses resulting from PeakBot's execution, platform issues, or errors
- Losses resulting from broker restrictions, outages, or policy changes
Your Responsibilities
When using automated trading through PeakBot, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for authorizing PeakBot to trade your account
- You understand the risks of automated trading (see Risk Disclosure)
- You have reviewed PeakBot's terms and agree to them independently
- You are responsible for monitoring your account and positions
- You can disable automated trading at any time
- You accept all risks associated with automated execution
- You will not hold TradeWithMaya liable for third-party platform issues
Other Third-Party Services
We may also provide options to transmit alerts to other third-party auto-trading services beyond PeakBot. The same principles apply:
- Use of any third-party services is at your own risk
- We have no control over third-party platforms
- You must review and agree to third-party terms independently
- We accept no liability for third-party platform performance or issues
Recommended Best Practices
Before using automated trading with PeakBot, we strongly recommend you:
- Start with paper trading to understand how the system works
- Review all documentation from TradeWithMaya, PeakBot, and your broker
- Test with small positions before scaling up
- Monitor your account daily when automated trading is enabled
- Understand all fees (TradeWithMaya + PeakBot + broker)
- Maintain adequate account reserves to handle volatility and margin requirements
- Know how to disable automated trading quickly if needed
- Have a plan for responding to platform outages or technical issues
Discontinuing Automated Trading
You can discontinue automated trading at any time by:
- Disabling automated execution in your PeakBot account settings

- Closing your PeakBot account
- Contacting PeakBot's support team for assistance
Discontinuing automated trading does not affect your TradeWithMaya subscription. You will continue to receive signals and can follow them manually if you choose.
