Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the TradeWithMaya website (the "Service", "Website", or "Platform") operated by Maya Trading System, a subsidiary of Lupus Inc. registered in Austin, TX ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

No Financial or Investment Advice

TradeWithMaya provides educational content, algorithmic trade alerts, and analytics for informational purposes only. None of the content or communications—including trade alerts, signals, Discord or email notifications—should be considered financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not financial advisors, brokers, or registered investment professionals.

Alerts and notifications simply reflect trades executed in our own account based on pre-defined algorithmic rules. All trade alerts are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any security or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Risk Disclosure

Service Description

  • TradeWithMaya offers AI-generated and algorithmic trade alerts, watchlists, analytics, and related educational materials via website, email, SMS, and/or Discord notifications.
  • Features, tools, and access levels may vary by subscription plan and may be changed, updated, or removed at our discretion.
  • The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

How Maya Works

Maya is an algorithmic trading system developed and operated by Maya Trading System / Lupus Inc. The system is fully rules-based and designed for transparency and education.

These resources are provided for educational transparency only. All alerts and notifications reflect trades placed in our own account by the Maya system, not recommendations for you to take similar action.

Algorithmic Trading & Auto-Trading Signals

Our platform utilizes algorithmic and trend-following strategies, which are fully automated and operate without human discretion. All trade signals and alerts are generated based on our documented technical analysis process. For more information, see our trade exit flowchart here: Maya Flowchart.

These trade alerts are purely notifications of trades placed in our own account and are not intended as financial advice, recommendations, or endorsements for you to place similar trades. We strongly recommend that all users utilize a simulated or paper trading account to follow along and learn how a rules-based system performs without risking real money. The Service is intended for educational use only.

Algorithmic trading carries significant risks, including (but not limited to) software bugs, delayed data, connectivity issues, market volatility, and risk of significant losses. By using this Service, you accept full responsibility for any actions you take and any outcomes that result.

Auto-Trading & Third-Party Signal Delivery (e.g., Global-Autotrading.com)

TradeWithMaya may provide users with the option to transmit trade alerts or signals to third-party auto-trading services such as Global-Autotrading.com ("GAT"). Please read the following carefully:

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Global-Autotrading.com or any other signal receiver. We have no control over and no responsibility for how any third party interprets or processes our trade alerts.
  • If you choose to use a third-party service to receive and/or execute our signals, you do so entirely at your own risk. All terms, risks, and execution are governed by your agreement with that third party, not with TradeWithMaya or Lupus Inc.
  • Our signals are intended for educational purposes only. We highly recommend you use a paper trading account for any auto-trading or algorithmic trading activities, especially when testing or using external signal receivers like GAT.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any automated trading service or provider is suitable for your needs, and for understanding all risks and costs involved.
  • This is not financial advice. You should seek independent financial advice before enabling any auto-trading or live trading features.
  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or negative outcome from use of any third-party trading service, platform, or auto-trading software.

Account Registration & Security

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Certain parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are typically monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing cycles, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on the Service are the property of Maya Trading System or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service; using bots or automated tools; copying content for redistribution; or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are deemed harmful to the Service or other users.

Third-Party Links & Content

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Maya Trading System or Lupus Inc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Maya Trading System and Lupus Inc. make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Service or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maya Trading System, Lupus Inc., their officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maya Trading System, Lupus Inc., and their affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from or arising out of your use of and access to the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page and/or notify users by email or site notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
